KLUMP haul-off belts with back side coatings of PVC, PU, rubber or silicone are used for years successfully in the profile and plastic extrusion industry and in the cable, pipe and wire industry. The material structure of our original retracting belts meets always the latest empirical values and needs of our customers. KLUMP retracting belts are characterized by endless woven/wrapped, seamless tension members. This results in excellent running properties and the long durability of our products. For exceptional applications, we offer also special coatings with processing according to your wishes.

QUALITY IN DETAIL THAT IS PAID OFF

Due to the endless woven/wrapped polyester inlays of our retracting belts, a great flexibility and high dimensional accuracy which allows the use even with small deflections takes place.

If necessary, KLUMP retracting belts can be polished accurately on equal strength. Special profiles on the working side of the belts (e.g. V-profiles) or sliding impregnation allow always flawless problem solutions for challenging product treatment of any kind of materials.
Grooves at particularly smooth product treatment offer the possibility to achieve a good friction without increasing the pressure. They can be designed as V-shaped, rectangle-shaped and U-shaped grooves.
