KLUMP guides and cleats can be welded also many-sided in longitudinal direction on carrying sides. We recommend a smooth not incised or incised variations depending on the material use, profile height and predefined roller diameter. Additionally, it is also possible to process the guides / cleats with water jet or to cut and to provide with relief bores. This can reduce the reversing drum diameters and increase the durability of the belts. There are assembly options of PVC and PU products. We ask you to request special cases separately.
