KLUMP glass and aramid fabrics with PTFE coating are lightweight, temperature-stable (from -200°C up to +260°C), non-flammable, and anti-adhesive, food safe and largely resistant to chemicals. They are characterized by a good resistance against oils, fats, fungi and mould, as well as to light and weather conditions. KLUMP PTFE belts are resistant to ultraviolet, infrared, microwave and high frequency, as well as physiologically safe. In addition, we offer a selection of PTFE mesh fabric belts, as well as an extensive connection technology.
POLYESTER GAUZE BELTS
KLUMP polyester gauze belts consist of durable coated polyester fabric and are available in different mesh sizes such as 500 µ, 1,000 µ, 2,000 µ, 3,000 µ and 4,000 µ in the colours blue and white. These special belts are mainly used in the food industry, in the areas with necessary moisture removal. Of course, our materials are resistant to oil and grease and comply with food guidelines of the FDA testing and EU conformity.
Polyester gauze belts are equipped in accordance with our customer’s requirements with the wide range of endless connections and assembled with cleats and V-shaped guides. Our products find use in the fruit and vegetable processing, fish processing, as well as filtering and sifting of slick products and in the treatment of the polluted water.
