With a slight delay, but with all the more pleasure, we would like to introduce our Managing Director, Ralf Bäumer. He has been part of our company since April 1, 2025, and has since been successfully contributing his experience and clear focus on goals.
Mr. Bäumer is committed to helping our customers achieve sustainable success in their production, ensuring safe working conditions for our employees, and keeping a firm eye on our business goals.

Danny Weber – Field Sales Representative West
We would also like to belatedly introduce our colleague Danny Weber. He has been part of our team as a field sales representative since December 1, 2025, supporting our customers in western Germany.
Mr. Weber provides expert assistance to our customers with all technical inquiries and is always on hand to offer help and advice. His pragmatic approach, strong solution orientation, and high level of reliability make him a valued point of contact.
We are delighted to have him on our team and look forward to continued successful collaboration.
Dirk Knier – Field Sales Representative South
A brand-new addition to our team, we welcome Dirk Knier as our new field sales representative. With his many years of experience in the conveyor belt industry, he brings valuable expertise and serves our customers in southern Germany.
Mr. Knier provides expert, practical support for all technical inquiries and stands by our customers as a reliable point of contact.
We are very pleased to have him reinforce our team and wish him a successful start and much success in his new position.
Jana Ganske – Trainee
We are delighted to welcome Jana Ganske to our team. She is completing her apprenticeship as an Industrial Clerk with us, gaining comprehensive insights into various areas of the company.
During her training, Ms. Ganske will rotate through departments including Sales, Shipping, Purchasing, and Accounting, and has already gained her first valuable experience.
We wish her every success with her training and look forward to accompanying her on her professional journey.
