KLUMP conveyor curved systems are used in all areas, in which products must be transported through curves without changing position. They are characterised by their universal usability and are well-integrated into existing systems. We offer conveyor curved systems in light or solid construction, as well as in steel or stainless steel \u2013 with and without drive. Lightweight constructions, steel or stainless steel \u2013 depending on the purpose of use<\/strong>
As a standard design, we manufacture curved conveyor systems as \u201cLightweight\u201d of steel in painted or powdered quality, while the colour can be determined according to RAL. We have also developed variations of stainless steel especially for the food industry. The systems can be equipped with a height-adjustable base and are designed for different loads. Additionally, we can equip conveyor curved system with page designs.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Individual design<\/strong>
We have provided conical rollers from 50 to 70 mm for the lightweight constructions, and for heavy equipment and\/or heavy loads, we can produce them up to 250 mm in diameter. The drive roller is equipped with friction or rubber to prevent a \u201cslip\u201d of the curve belt. Various drive types, e.g. motors with chain speed drives or shaft mounted gear boxes are available. The knife edge technology with quick removable strap system and centre drive completes our standard program.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

For precise belt tracking and minimum noise<\/strong>
We have provided materials of PVC and PU as belt versions, if necessary, resistant to oil and grease and EU compliant. Special types such as felt, silicone and profiled support sides are possible.
